- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 minutes; drain. Add water and one envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly., Beat sour cream, cream cheese and remaining taco seasoning until blended. Spread in a 3-qt. dish; add ground beef. Top with lettuce, cheddar, tomatoes, pepper and olives.

- Brown sausage, ground beef, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the meat and don't stir until the meat starts to brown. Drain, if necessary.
- Add browned meat and onion along with all other ingredients into a slow cooker. Heat on LOW until cheese is melted and leave on LOW in the pot to serve.
- Garnish with jalapenos, chopped green onions, or chopped cilantro if desired.

- Blend first three ingredients together.
- Spread over 12 inch pizza pan or other large plate or platter.
- Chill for one hour (if you have time, if not don't worry about it).

- Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium to high heat until well done.
- Layer cooked ground beef on the bottom of an 8 x 12 glass dish.
- On top of the ground beef, put on your salsa, and spread evenly.
- Pour tub of sour cream on top of the salsa, and spread evenly, you may need extra to obtain an even consistency, without being able to see the salsa underneath, this will make your spread look very messy. I normally use a tub and a half.
- Cut up the tomato, green pepper and green onion over the top.
- Add a desired amount of cheese over the top of the spread, make sure you don't add too much, remember, we're not melting the cheese.

- When cooked, add taco seasoning mix.
- Meanwhile, cream together sour cream and cream cheese.
- Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a deep dish pie plate.

- Add the salsa to the top of the ground beef.
- Top with sliced green onions.
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
