SLOW-COOKER BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES
I don't normally like recipes with cream of ___ soup in them, but this one I came up with is delicious! Definitely easy comfort food! *** Update: I tried this with 1/4 cup Burgundy wine and 1/2 cup beef broth and it was delicious! For a change, try a mixture of wine and broth.

Steps:
- Place beef in the slow cooker.
- Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix and gravy mix in a bowl until well blended. Stir in beef broth.
- Add mushrooms and onions to mixture, then pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
- Cook egg noodle according to directions on package.
- Spoon beef mixture over hot noodles and serve.

CROCK POT BEEF AND NOODLES
Crock Pot Beef and Noodles is inspired by a classic Midwestern dish. This one is so easy to make using chuck roast and egg noodles.

Steps:
- Season both sides of chuck roast with steak seasoning and salt & pepper. Rub it in well.
- In a large skillet over high heat, add vegetable oil.
- Once oil is heated, add chuck roast. It should make a nice, loud sizzle when you put it in.
- Brown for about 2 minutes, then flip it over and brown the opposite side.
- Brown for a couple of minutes then turn off heat.
- Transfer chuck roast to your 6 quart crock pot.
- Add in diced onion and minced garlic. No additional liquid needs to be added.
- Cover crock pot and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
- After roast has cooked, pull it out and put it on a plate.
- Begin shredding the beef, taking care to remove any excess fat bits.
- Place the shredded beef back into the crock pot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the water, Better than Bouillon, Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture into crock pot over beef.
- Gently stir in dried egg noodles.
- Cover crock pot and cook for an additional hour on low until noodles are fully cooked.
- Gently stir once or twice in the final hour of cooking to make sure all the noodles cook evenly and absorb the liquid. If mixture gets too thick and noodles aren't quite done yet, add an additional 1/2 cup of water, gently stir and continue cooking.
- During the last 15 minutes of cooking, stir in the heavy cream. Then serve!

CROCK POT BEEF TIPS WITH CREAMY GRAVY

Steps:
- Brown beef tips in vegetable oil and place in crock pot. In same saucepan, sautee onions and place on top of beef tips.
- Add mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce and water to same saucepan. Heat and stir to mix. Add to crock pot.
- Turn crock pot to high for 1 hour and turn to low for 4 to 5 hours. Add sour cream during last 15 minutes and stir.
- Note: Cream of mushroom soup will add some salty flavor. At end of cook time do a taste test and if too salty, add about 3-4 tablespoons of water which will dilute saltiness.
BEEF AND NOODLES CROCK POT
This is easy and good! While not necessarily a gourmet meal, it is an inexpensive, filling and enjoyable meal for a busy family. Add some onion powder or other spices for additional flavor if desired.

- Place meat in slow-cooker.
- Combine brown gravy mix with the amount of water suggested on package. Add to slow-cooker. Halfway through cooking time, check to see if gravy needs any additional water for desired thickness.
- Right before beef is ready, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and gently mix into the beef and gravy. Serve.
- 4 hours on HIGH - 8 hours on LOW.

- Start with putting Roast and broth or stock in crock pot and cook on high for 4-6 hours. Adding Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste.
- Once the beef has cooked add the noodles and let cook for another 30 min to 1 hour.
- You can also add any veggies that you would like to this recipe and can shred the beef or cut into larger pieces for serving. I like to serve this over mashed potatoes.
