EASY BASIL TEA
Here's how to make basil tea! This fresh herb infuses a beautifully subtle flavor into tea: add lemon for the perfect combination.

Steps:
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle (mash) the basil leaves and lemon circle in bottom of tea glass.
- Add the black tea bag to the mug. Pour over the water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the basil, lemon, and tea bag and drink immediately.
BASIL MINT TEA

Steps:
- Harvest the leaves from your garden, and bring them inside to wash.
- Bring a tea kettle or pot of water to a boil.
- Place the basil and mint leaves in a bowl, and then use the back of a wooden spoon to crush the leaves.
- If you're using a French press or a tea press, put your crushed leaves inside and pour the water over them. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Push down on the plunger and then pour the tea into your mug.
- If you're using a tea kettle/pot and strainer, then remove from heat and place the leaves into the kettle/pot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the leaves as you pour into your mug.
- To make it an iced tea, place into the fridge until cool. pour into a glass, add ice, and enjoy!
THREE-HERB ICED TEA
This nonalcoholic iced tea is made with fresh mint, basil and a simple syrup infused with chamomile flowers. It is as cool and refreshing as an air-conditioned subway car after a long wait on the steamy platform.
