I love bananas and I love smores, put the two together and this is what you get! This recipe only makes one smore and I garentee you will need more! Also use whatever chocolate you want like a chocolate bar or a leftover Easter bunny! Cooking time is different among people because it depends on oh well done you like your marshmallow(white, browned, or burned)

1/4 banana, sliced into 4 slices
2 graham crackers
1 large marshmallows
chocolate

Steps:

  • Prepare your smore by putting the 4 banana slices on one graham cracker. Put chocolate on the other one.
  • Roast your marshmallow to doneness.
  • Now put the marshmallow on top of graham cracker with the chocolate. Take the one with the banana and flip it on top of the marshmallow. Hold down on the top and pull the roasting stick out, leaving the marshmallow inside.
  • Now sit back and enjoy your Banana S'More. When done, make another one!

2 bananas
1/4 banana, for garnish
2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
15 -20 pieces miniature marshmallows
1 -2 graham cracker
store-bought chocolate syrup
2 scoops ice cream

Steps:

  • Use a knife to slice and carve out a top of bananas in lengthwise.
  • Sprinkle turbinado sugar on the bananas and torched them with a blowtorch.
  • ( Or you can run them under the broiler).
  • Lay out mini marshmallows and torched them again.
  • Lay out crushed graham cracker and pour chocolate syrup.
  • **make room to middle of banana for ice cream.
  • Slice banana and sprinkle sugar and torch to brûlée consistency.
  • Sprinkle finely crushed graham cracker on the middle of bananas.
  • Scoop ice cream and add finely crushed graham cracker and pour chocolate syrup.
  • Put sliced brûlée banana on top of ice cream for garnish.

8 graham crackers, crushed or broken
2 pint rocky road ice cream
1 cup hot fudge sauce, from dessert topping aisle of market
Store bought prepared whipped cream in a spray canister
Chopped nuts and red cherries, optional

Steps:

  • Place crushed grahams in the bottom of dessert bowls or sundae dishes. Top with rocky road ice cream, 2 big scoops for each dessert. Heat hot fudge in microwave and pour over ice cream. Top with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.

Frozen bananas are pulsed in a food processor until they're creamy like ice cream and then topped with more fruit, nuts and coconut. You can shamelessly eat this for breakfast or even as a recovery snack after a big run - your body will thank you for the extra energy and potassium.

2 large ripe bananas, peeled
1/4 cup raspberries
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1/4 cup blueberries
2 teaspoons chopped pistachios
2 teaspoons toasted coconut
1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
2-percent Greek yogurt, for serving

Steps:

  • Cut each banana into 6 chunks and freeze until rock-solid, preferably overnight.
  • Make the ice cream: Put the banana chunks in a food processor and process. (Hang on, your food processor may jolt in the very beginning!) The bananas will look crumbly at first, then gooey and eventually light and creamy, just like ice cream. Stop the food processor frequently to scrape down the sides of the bowl and break up any clumps. Serve right away or scrape into a container and freeze until ready to serve.
  • Make the sundae: Mash the raspberries and maple syrup together in a small bowl with a fork until saucy. Scoop the banana ice cream into a dish and top with the raspberry sauce, blueberries, pistachios, coconut, chocolate chips and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

This is a recipe for a tasty smores sundae with a peanut butter twist. And no need to worry about cleaning up ice cream bowls, your crepes will do the dirty work!

6 (6 inch) prepared crepes
3 tablespoons butter
Splenda sugar substitute (for dusting crepes)
1 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups sugar-free vanilla ice cream
1 cup graham cracker, sheets (crumbled)
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
1/2 cup prepared whipped cream (or more)
aluminum foil

Steps:

  • Spread a bit of melted butter onto one side of the crepes then sprinkle some splenda onto each crepe on the buttered side.
  • Put prepared 6 inch crepes into 1/2-cup greased muffin tins or ramekins sugar side up.
  • Pace a ball of foil in the center of each cup to keep the crepes open.
  • Bake crepe cups in a preheated oven 400°F for 4 minutes, remove the foil, then continue to bake the cups for 6 to 7 minutes more, or until they are crisp.
  • Remove crepes from oven and let cool.
  • While crepes are cooling microwave the Sugar-free chocolate flavored syrup and peanut butter on a low setting for 1 minute stirring every 20 seconds until it is melted and combined.
  • Scoop the ice cream into each crepe cup, filling as full as you would like taking care not to break the crepe cups.
  • Sprinkle some graham crackers on top of the ice cream, then drizzle with the chocolate peanut butter sauce, then top with mini marshmallows, and finally top with whipped cream and serve.

  • Scoop toasted marshmallow ice cream into bowls. Top generously with dark chocolate ganache, graham cracker crumbles, candied bacon, and extra toasted mini marshmallows for garnish. Devour immediately.
  • Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mini marshmallows into a single layer on sheet and broil until golden brown and toasted, about 2-3 minutes (make sure to keep a close eye on your marshmallows to keep them from burning!).
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add graham crackers to a food processor and process into fine crumbs. Add sugar, pinch of salt, and melted butter and pulse until the mixture is well incorporated. Pour out onto baking sheet and form into one large, evenly layered “cookie” about 1/4″ thick.
  • Finely chop chocolate into tiny chards and place in bowl. Heat heavy cream on the stove or in microwave until hot. It doesn’t need to be bubbling or anything, just hot enough to melt the chocolate. Pour heavy cream over chocolate and stir until completely incorporated. Can be refrigerated until ready to serve. Reheat gently on stovetop or in microwave.

  • Cut through the peel on the inside curve of the banana with a paring knife. Peel the banana open from the cut, but leave the banana in the peel. Being careful not to cut through the bottom peel, cut the banana in half lengthwise; then cut crosswise in 1/4-inch intervals. Gently mash the marshmallows into the banana, then top with chocolate chips.
  • Tear off a 12-inch square of heavy-duty foil. Place the prepared banana in the middle of the foil. Crimp the foil closed.
  • Prepare a campfire and let it burn down to the coals. Cook the packet 4 to 6 inches above the coals until the s'more is warm and melty, 7 to 10 minutes. Use graham crackers for scooping.
