Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients together to get your cream cheese filling. Set aside.
- Clean Your Banana Peppers with cold water. Set them aside to dry.
- Once dry, slice the tops of each pepper. (just the top end) Next, slice the banana peppers in half lengthwise. Try to make as straight a cut as you can to end at the tip.Next scrape out all the little seeds. Do this part gently, because the banana peppers are fragile, you can easily split them or tear them.
- Fill each banana pepper halve with cheese mixture.
- Cover them and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, dip the banana peppers into milk, then flour and set aside to dry about 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, dip them carefully into your beaten eggs, coating them entirely.
- Transfer them immediately to the bread crumbs and gently coat them.
- Transfer the bread crumb coated banana peppers to your baking sheet.
- Put them into a 350 degree preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
DELICIOUS STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS
Spicy meets sweet and creamy in these stuffed banana peppers. Makes a great snack or an appetizer for a party. Great for large groups as you can easily control the amount of spiciness. This is one of my favorites!

Steps:
- Soak toothpicks in water for 15 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Cut a slit lengthwise through each pepper without slicing it in half. Cut another slit about 1/4 inch from the stem across the previous slit, forming a 'T'. Remove seeds, as desired, using a paring knife.
- Fill each pepper with the cream cheese stuffing mixture using a small spoon. Wrap each pepper with a slice of raw bacon. Slide 1 toothpick through the center of each pepper to hold onto the bacon and keep pepper closed.
- Grill stuffed peppers for 15 minutes. Turn and cook until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes more.

Steps:
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Leave the stems on the peppers. Wash and slit banana peppers carefully, and gently remove seeds and membrane. Make sure the pepper is laying firmly on the counter before you slit the top side lengthwise. If slit properly, the pepper won't tip over when you stuff it, and the filling won't run out of it when it cooks.
- 2. Place the prepared peppers in the boiling water and set the timer for 5 minutes. Remove the peppers from the boiling water and drain them on paper towels. Wait for a few minutes until they are cool enough to handle.
- 3. Separate the bacon slices and place between paper towels, and microwave the slices for only one minute. Remove and let cool. This warms the bacon, partially cooks it, and makes it easier to handle. It is also lower in calories.
- 4. Combine the creamed cheese and chives, minced garlic, chopped basil, and chopped jalapeno peppers. Mix well with a fork.
- 5. Using a small spoon, stuff the peppers with the cream cheese filling.
- 6. Wrap the stuffed peppers with the bacon. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with olive oil Pam.
- 7. Place the peppers on the Pam sprayed, foil-lined baking pan.
- 8. Bake in the oven until bacon is nicely brown. 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle fresh cracked black pepper on the poppers after they are done. Serve and Enjoy!
