BANANA NUTELLA® BITES
A quick and easy dessert made with puff pastry filled with Nutella® and bananas. Top it with a creamy cream cheese topping and you have a taste to die for.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two 24-count mini-muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into quarters. Cut each quarter into 4 square pieces. Fill each mini-muffin cup with 1 puff pastry square.
- Spread 1 teaspoon chocolate-hazelnut spread over each pastry square. Place 3 banana slices on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until frosting is thick and creamy.
- Pipe or spoon cream cheese frosting on over banana slices.

- In a small bowl, mix sugars and cinnamon until blended. In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 beignet ingredients. In another bowl, whisk egg, bananas, milk and 2 tablespoons oil until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened., In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter, a few at a time, into hot oil. Fry about 45-60 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Roll warm beignets in sugar mixture.

- Separate biscuits and cut each one in half. Flatten each half to an 1/8 inch thin. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella on flatten biscuit half, layer with sliced banana and strawberry. Wrap the dough around it to form a ball (make sure to pinch the seam close). Roll ball in coarse sugar and place seam side up in the muffin well. Bake at 450 degree F until golden, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and remove bites from well and transfer to a cooling rack.
