- Marinate the pork chops in the mixture of the balsamic vinegar, honey, blackberry jam, mustard, sriracha, soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes to overnight.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the pork chops and cook until lightly golden brown on one side, about 3-5 minutes, flip them, add the marinade and cook until the pork chops are done, the sauce has come to a boil and thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and stir to combine.
- When butter and oil shimmer, carefully add chops and cook over medium heat until browned on one side, 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook pork chops until no longer pink in the center and browned on the other side, 3 to 4 minutes. Do not overcook the chops or they will turn dry and hard. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Remove pork chops from heat and cover to keep warm.
- Combine chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring glaze to a boil over medium-high heat and boil until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Drizzle pan-fried chops with balsamic glaze and serve warm.

Steps:
- On medium high heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying fan.
- Rub the crushed garlic on both sides of the pork chops. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place pork chops in the pan with oil.
- Brown pork chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side).
- In a bowl mix vinegrette and honey.
- Once chops are browned, reduce heat to medium low.
- Pour vinaigrette/honey mixture to the frying pan.
- Coat the pork chop in the sauce and simmer for 10 minute.
- Adjust cooking time as needed per thickness of chops.

- Sprinkle pork chops with pepper flakes, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°). Remove and keep warm., In the same skillet, whisk the vinegar, honey, green onions, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. - Combine 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper; sprinkle over pork chops. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil. - Mix honey and mustard together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and lay pork chops into the hot butter. Sprinkle chops with half the garlic powder and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn chops over, sprinkle with remaining garlic powder, and pan-fry chops for 3 more minutes.
- Brush honey mustard sauce over chops, turn them over, and cook for 5 minutes; turn chops onto other side and brush with honey mustard sauce. - Honey Balsamic Sauce - Add half of the butter (12g) to the pan on medium heat. Then add the herbs, scallions, and garlic. Cook evenly for around two to three minutes. Next add 32g balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan, along with the remaining 12g of butter. After around two to three minutes add 34g of Dijon mustard. The mustard will thicken the sauce. Add a small amount of salt and pepper to taste.
