5 (1-inch thick) boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 dash cayenne pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Whisk honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and butter together in a bowl and pour over the pork chops in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let pork chops sit in the baking dish 5 minutes more to soak up juices.
  • Serve pork chops topped with extra sauce.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium-high heat. Sear 4 pork chops in batches for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown in color.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon oil, 3 tablespoons honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/4 cup water, and one small chopped onion. Pour over the cutlets in the skillet, or transfer them to a baking dish.

1 can (8 oz each) La Choy® Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Steps:

  • Prepare Pork: Place pork chops in large recloseable food storage bag. Pour soy sauce over pork; close bag. Refrigerate 20 minutes, turning bag halfway through marinating time.
  • Prepare Sauce: Meanwhile, whisk together honey, soy sauce and vinegar in small bowl until blended. Add water chestnuts; set aside.
  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Remove pork from bag and place in skillet; discard bag with marinade. Cook 4 minutes or until brown. Turn pork chops, reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  • Cook and stir garlic with green onions in skillet 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant. Add soy sauce mixture; cook and stir 2 minutes or until slightly thickened and bubbly. Drizzle sauce over pork chops. Serve with rice, if desired.

2 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon no salt ketchup
1/2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
4 (4 ounces each) bone-in pork chops, (fat trimmed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
chopped fresh parsley, (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a small mixing bowl combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and oregano; mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Place pork chops in a large bowl, pour the sauce over the pork chops, and mix it all around.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven safe 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork chops and sauce to the skillet; sear chops on both sides until just browned, about 2 minutes per side.

3 to 4 pork loin (approx. 1-inch thickness)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic - minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp white or rice wine vinegar
¼ cup water or chicken stock
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking oil

Steps:

  • Bring the meat to room temperature.
  • Lightly score the edges of each pork loin. This will prevent the fillet from curling during cooking.
  • Using a meat tenderizer or pounder, beat the pork on both sides to tenderize the meat.
  • Season the meat on both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • In a heated large skillet or cast iron pan, drizzle 1 to 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  • Lightly coat both sides of the pork with flour and pan fry over medium high heat for about 1 min on each side. Do not overcook or they'll become tough.
  • Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Turn down heat and add in a little more oil.
  • Cook garlic over low heat for about 20 seconds and add in chicken stock, honey, soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Stir and mix the sauce. Give it a taste and adjust with more seasoning if needed.
  • Add in pork chops and turn up the heat.
  • Allow sauce to coat the pork thoroughly and thickened to desired consistency.
  • Serve warm.

4 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tablespoons honey
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Steps:

  • On medium high heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying fan.
  • Rub the crushed garlic on both sides of the pork chops. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place pork chops in the pan with oil.
  • Brown pork chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side).
  • In a bowl mix vinegrette and honey.
  • Once chops are browned, reduce heat to medium low.

1 tbsp whole cumin seeds 15 mL
1 tsp black peppercorns 5 mL
1/2 cup honey 125 mL
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp salt 1 mL

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix together roasted garlic paste, rosemary and olive oil. Place pork chops in a baking dish. Spread mixture over chops. Marinate 30 min. or overnight.
  • Crush or roughly chop cumin seeds and peppercorns. Place in a small saucepan and toast over medium-low heat until fragrant, 1 to 2 min. Add honey, sprig of rosemary and bay leaf. Heat just until small bubbles appear in the honey and the mixture is warmed through. Remove glaze from heat.
