Baked Ham and Cheese Rollups image

These Baked Ham and Cheese Rollups make for the best appetizer or dinner recipe! They are a crowd pleaser every time I make them. Made with crescent dough, smoked ham, swiss cheese, and a sweet mustard glaze.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 tube crescent dough sheet
3/4 lb. Boar's Head SmokeMaster™ Black Forest Ham (thinly sliced)
12 slices swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup butter (melted {I use salted})
1 Tbsp. poppyseeds
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Roll out your crescent dough and and press into an approximately 13x18 inch rectangle. Top with ham and cheese.
  • Starting on the long side, roll the dough up tightly. Pinch the ends together and place with the seam facing down. Cut into 12 pieces.
  • Place your rollups in your baking dish, evenly spaced.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter, poppyseeds, mustard, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the sauce evenly over the rollups.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes until lightly browned.

Baked Ham and Cheese Roll Ups are an easy crescent roll recipe with cheddar cheese and deli ham baked into a fluffy golden pastry.

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz)
16 slices deli ham (or leftover ham sliced thin)
8 slices cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons butter (melted)
½ teaspoon yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare baking sheet with baking spray or tinfoil.
  • Lay each individual crescent roll flat, and first place 2 slices of deli ham and then 1 slice of cheddar cheese diagonally on top, so the corners are at the top and bottom.
  • Roll from the large side until ham and cheese are completely rolled up in dough.
  • Brush tops of each roll with melted butter mixed with mustard and Everything Bagel seasoning.
  • Place evenly spaced apart on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Combine cream cheese and dressing mix; spread on each slice of ham. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic; chill several hours or overnight. Slice into 1-in. pieces.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2 plum tomato es, sliced

Steps:

  • Top bread slices with ham; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and pepper until blended; pour over roll-ups. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Top roll-ups with cheese and tomatoes.
  • Bake (uncovered) 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt, for chicken
¼ teaspoon pepper, for chicken
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices ham
4 slices provolone cheese
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumb
3 cups broccoli floret
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Cut about ¾ of the way through the chicken horizontally, making sure not to cut through the other side. Flip the chicken open and flat.
  • Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on top of the chicken and pound it flatter using a pot or a pan. Remove the plastic wrap.
  • Season with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, rubbing the seasoning in evenly. Lay 2-3 slices of ham over the chicken, followed by 4 slices of provolone cheese.
  • Carefully roll the chicken up.
  • Transfer the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs into 3 separate bowls.
  • Dip the chicken roll into the flour, tapping off any excess, and then into the egg, followed by the breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet
  • Add the broccoli to the baking sheet, mixing it with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure to save a little oil to drizzle on top of the chicken.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Slice, then serve!

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
4 flour tortillas (10 inches)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1/4 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/4 pound thinly sliced hard salami
1/2 cup julienned roasted sweet red peppers
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Brush 1 tablespoon oil on one side of tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Layer tortillas with ham, provolone cheese, salami, red peppers and mozzarella cheese. Fold in sides of tortillas; roll up. , Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425° for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
