EASY BAKED ARTICHOKE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: artichoke, lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese

Steps:
- Remove the stem of the artichoke. Cut about 1 inch (2 cm) off the top of the artichoke. Take a pair of kitchen scissors and snip off the thorns on the tip of the artichoke petals.
- Take half a lemon and rub lemon juice over the cut portion of the artichoke to prevent it from browning. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread open the petals and rub minced garlic all over. Add the parsley and Parmesan; make sure to get it in between the petals. Top with more pepper if desired.
- Wrap the artichoke in aluminum foil. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- When done, serve with extra parsley, lemon wedge and your favorite dipping sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Set aside.
- Drain liquid from one jar of artichokes into skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic in liquid until soft. Drain liquid from remaining jar and discard. Chop all artichoke hearts.
- In mixing bowl combine eggs, breadcrumbs and parsley. Stir in onion mixture, artichokes, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into small squares and arrange on serving plate.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and vegetable dippers. 3. Transfer mixture to baking dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set and top is golden brown. 4. Serve warm with tortilla chips and/or vegetable dippers.

- Place artichoke heart halves on a paper towel cut-side down to drain for about 15 minutes.
- Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
- Place artichoke heart halves on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Broil artichoke hearts until browned on top, about 7 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
- Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into a medium sized skillet. Drain second jar and discard marinade. Heat the marinade in the medium sized skillet. Add the onions and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Slowly mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, parsley and artichoke. Blend the marinade with the sauteed onions and garlic into the mix.
- Grease a 9 inch square baking pan and pour in the contents of the bowl.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes and allow to cool briefly. Cut into one inch squares and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set a wire rack inside.
- Drain and rinse the artichokes. Pat them dry.
- In a medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs and vegetarian Parmesan cheese.
- Dip the artichoke hearts in the melted butter, making sure they are evenly coated. Then coat well with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the artichoke bites on the wire rack.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350ºF (175ºC), flip the artichokes, and bake for 15 minutes more, until the artichoke hearts are warmed through and the bread crumb mixture is toasted.
- Meanwhile, make the garlic aioli. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and parsley. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the artichoke bites with parsley before serving with aioli alongside.

- Preheat oven to 325°. In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in artichokes. Remove from the heat; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Stir in the cheese, cracker crumbs and artichoke mixture., Pour into a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. - Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and mozzarella cheese until thoroughly combined. Stir in water and oil until dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let stand 8 minutes.
- Using hands dipped in additional Bisquick mix, press dough in bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until crust is puffed and top edges are just starting to brown.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except artichokes. Stir in artichokes. Evenly spread mixture over partially baked crust.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crust is golden brown.
- Set oven control to broil. Broil with top of pan 6 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until filling is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.

- Pita Chips:.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each Pita bread into 8 triangles & place on lined baking sheet.
- Brush triangles with olive oil.
- Sprinkle seasonings over chips.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until light brown, watch carefully.
- Let cook and put onto platter or dish that can go into oven.
- Artichoke Dip:.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto chips or one large one in middle.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over all.
- Sprinkle tomato and green onion slices over top.
- Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted.
- (you can just broil until cheese is melted too if you want).
- Enjoy!
