- Heat air fryer to 350-degrees F.
- Collect asparagus into 8 bundles of 2 or 3 pieces. Wrap each bundle in a slice of bacon and transfer to a plate; repeat with remaining bacon.
- Working in batches, place the bundles in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

- Wash and trim the ends of your asparagus.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around one stalk of asparagus.
- Lay your bacon-wrapped asparagus in your air fryer. If possible lay the ends of your bacon down flat to help keep them from curling. Leave space between your stalks so the air can circulate around them. I tried to do my first batch with my thicker stalks and they cooked for 12 minutes. Then in my second batch, I cooked my thinner ones for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

- In a small saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add quinoa, salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 12-15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed., Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 400°. Arrange 8 strips of bacon in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook 3 minutes or until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove and set aside. - To make the asparagus, flatten the bacon slices with the back of a knife. Wrap a bacon slice around each asparagus spear.
- Heat an oiled griddle pan until it is very hot.
- Place the wrapped asparagus, rosemary sprigs and lemon halves onto the griddle pan. Cook until grilled on both sides.
- To make the dressing, crumble the roquefort into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in all the other ingredients to a smooth dressing.
- Drizzle over the griddled asparagus and serve.

- Remove ends from asparagus that are tough.
- Lay 4 stalks of asparagus in the center of each strip of bacon and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
