Steps:
- Make instant rice as directed on box (I add some soy sauce to water if desired).
- While rice is cooking, cut up hot dogs, onion and celery and fry in butter or margarine.
- Once rice is ready, add hot dog mixture to rice add some soy sauce if wanted.
- This goes great with stir frys.

- Add blackberry jelly, strawberry jam, mustard and bbq sauce and stir.
- Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm if necessary.

- In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard and nutmeg. Add wieners and stir. Cover and cook until heated through.
