AVOCADO MANGO SALSA
Yowzers! Sweet and hot salsa with tangy mangoes and habaneros. Great with pork, chicken or fish or just with chips. You can omit the habaneros and add red bell peppers for a non-spicy version, but then again, why would you want to? Remember, ALWAYS wear gloves when working with habaneros!

MANGO-AVOCADO SALSA
This is a light, refreshing salsa to serve with fish or chicken. It can stay good overnight one night, but that's about its limit. I rarely have to worry about leftovers, if there is any someone eats it as a salad.

HONDURAN MANGO AVOCADO SALSA
My grandma came back from Honduras with some amazing snack recipes up her sleeve and I just needed this one in particular. It is great for parties and adds a very festive feel to your surroundings. It is best served alongside some tortilla chips, and I prefer yellow corn tortilla chips and if you have to use a name brand I prefer Tostitos.

- Any leftover mango salsa can be made ahead and stored, covered in the refrigerator for between 3-4 days. Can you freeze mango salsa? This isn't something I've tried as I'm worried about how it may affect the textures. Though technically all of the ingredients are freezer-friendly and could be stored for around 2 months. If you give it a go, let me know what happens. Can you 'can' this salsa? This mango salsa recipe was NOT created for canning and other long-term storage methods, so I don't recommend it.
