AUTHENTIC SALSA VERDE AND GUACAMOLE RECIPE
This recipe was given to me by someone who grew up in Mexico City. It's so easy and fresh. Not to mention much cheaper than its Americanized bottled counterpart at the grocery store.

- Dice the onion, mince the garlic, de-seed and dice the jalapeno, roughly chop your cilantro. Set aside. Cut your avocados in half and scoop them into a high powered blender or food processor. In addition, add in the onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, juice of 1/2 of a lime and the salsa verde. Add a large pinch of salt to taste.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with chips! Enjoy! Lasts in the fridge for 2-4 days.
