AUNTIE JILL'S SOY-FREE VEGAN BROWNIES - AND THEY'RE GOOD!

Steps:

• Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl (walnuts added later).
• Mix wet ingredients together.
• Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together - approximately 50 strokes. Fold in walnuts.
• Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, or until a knife/toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean.

AUNT LOUISE'S BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Melt butter and chocolate over hot water or in the microwave.
• Add the eggs and sugar and mix well.
• Add the flour, baking powder, salt, nuts and vanilla.
• Mix well and place in a greased and floured 9x13 cake pan.
• Bake for 30 MINUTES ONLY!
• Remove from oven and cool.
• -----------FROSTING-----------.
• Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl in the microwave.
• Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
• Spread on the brownies and garnish with chopped nuts.

ALMOND JOY BROWNIE BITES

Steps:

• Preheat your oven according to brownie recipe directions and generously spray two mini muffin pans with nonstick spray.
• Fill cups about 1/2 full with brownie batter and bake according to directions. When brownies are done, place pans on a cooling rack and remove brownies once cooled completely.
• In a medium bowl, combine coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
• With clean hands, roll coconut mixture into balls and press onto tops of brownie bites.
• Press an almond into the top of each.
• Place brownies in the freezer to harden for about 15 minutes.
• Melt almond bark or candy melts according to directions.
• Remove brownies from freezer and dip the tops in the chocolate.
• Place dipped brownies on a wax paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set.

AUNTIE JO'S BROWNIES

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350° Melt butter and mix together with cocoa and vegetable oil, until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, sugar and salt, stirring until well combined. Add flour and mix well. Spread batter evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the top looks dry and a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting
