AUNT MARGIE'S COLE SLAW
Growing up, I had never eaten or even heard of a creamy cole slaw dressing...this was the only one my Mom ever made...to this day I love it. A nice change from the mayo based recipes not to mention this one works better for cook outs or picnics where you don't want milk or mayo based salads. If you want it sugar free - just use sugar subsitute

A quick and easy slaw that, I feel, is better made a few hours before serving so that it retains its crispness.

EASY CREAMY COLE SLAW FOR 2
This recipe plus a package of slaw mix is a 10-minute side when any last minute meal is needed. Flavors do blend if made ahead and allowed to chill a few hours... makes a more juicy cole slaw if slaw mix and dressing are combined and allowed to chill a few hours as cabbage releases juices.

AMISH COLE SLAW
Found posted on allrecipes.com by Christina J. I've been told this is the closest copycat recipe for Primanti Bro's cole slaw. Fingers crossed. I plan on making it today for a BBQ. Cooking time includes minimum refrigeration time. It was recommended that slaw be refrigerated overnight and served with a slotted spoon to drain excess dressing.

- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and the pepper sauce together until smooth. Start with 1 tablespoon of the pepper sauce and increase it based on you taste or the heat level of the sauce. Add the salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. The coleslaw may seem a bit dry at this point. Allow to rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. The flavors will develop and the dressing with marry with the juices from the cabbage and make even more dressing. Stir again before serving adjusting seasoning and adding additional pepper sauce or mayo if desired.
