AUNT CORA'S WORLD'S GREATEST COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Combine the flour and baking soda; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
• Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned at the edges. Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheets for a minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

AUNT LINDA'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Mis together egg, sugar, vanilla, margarine and brown sugar.
• Sift together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
• Add to dry mixture to wet mixture gradually.
• Add chocolate chips.
• Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, positioning one of the oven racks in the middle of the oven.
• Using an electric mixer, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla on medium speed until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Turn the electric mixer to low and slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.
• With a 1-ounce ice cream scoop, drop the batter about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Carefully remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.

LINDA'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
• Add all other ingredients one at a time.
• Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake 350 for 8-10 minutes.
• Store in airtight container.
