Enjoy a refreshing drink with this copycat PF Chang's Asian pear mojito! It fuses lime juice, rum, and pineapple juice for a boozy sip.

¾ oz stems trimmed mint leaves
6 oz (6 shots) lime juice
4 oz (4 shots) rum
3 oz (3 shots) pineapple juice
3 oz (3 shots) apple soda
¼ cup plus more as needed ice
¼ oz (1 pc) per serving pear slice

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake to mix well.
  • Add ice into the glass and pour the drink. Garnish with a pear slice and serve!

From the website Drink it! This is supposed to be a copycat of P.F. Chang's. I multiplied this recipe by 16 and made it in a large plastic pitcher. I brought it to a party and just added the club soda to each glass when we got there. It was very well received!

1 tablespoon superfine sugar
3 lime segments (3 Sections only)
5 leaves mint
1 ounce sour apple liqueur
1 1/2 ounces Bacardi Limon
1 ounce pineapple juice
club soda
ice

Steps:

  • Muddle (mash) the lime, sugar and mint leaves together.
  • Add the Sour Apple Pucker, Limon Rum, & Pineapple Juice and shake with ice.
  • Pour into a tall glass (highball or collins) top off with the club soda. Enjoy.

This is a wonderful spin on the traditional Cuban drink. It is a fabulous and refreshing summer drink!

8 ounces bacardi white rum
3 -4 ounces asian pear liqueur
8 sprigs fresh mint leaves
4 fresh limes, juice of
1/4 cup sugar (to taste)
club soda
ice

Steps:

  • In a pitcher, combine the mint and lime juice. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the mint and lime together until you can smell the fresh aroma of mint. Next add the sugar, rum, asian pear liquor and mix to dissolve sugar. Fill the pitcher with club soda, but don't forget to leave room for lots of ice! Add some sliced limes and mint sprigs for a wonderful looking pitcher!
  • Serving amount depends on size of pitcher and glasses!

3 lime wedges
1 fluid ounce sour apple schnapps
1 1/2 fluid ounces limon flavored rum
1/2 fluid ounce pineapple juice
6 cubes ice
1 fluid ounce club soda

Steps:

  • 1.Muddle (crush) together the mint leaves, lime wedges and sour apple schnapps in a glass using the handle of a wooden spoon. Add lemon rum and pineapple juice; shake well and pour over ice. Top with club soda.
