APPLE PIE JELLO SHOTS
Apple Pie Jello Shots are the ultimate fall flavored Jell-O shot. Apple whiskey, fireball, apple cider and gelatin collide!

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, add water & apple cider. Bring to a boil.
- Add in the gelatin. Let it dissolve & remove from the heat.
- Let cool for 15-30 minutes.
- Add in Fireball & Royal Apple. Mix to combine.
- Pour into the shot glasses, filling 3/4 of the way full.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- In a greased 6-cup muffin tin, press the graham cracker mixture firmly into each cup, ensuring it evenly coats the sides and bottom.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the butter has been fully absorbed by the graham cracker crumbs.
- Freeze the crusts for 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, add the apple juice, cinnamon whiskey, and vodka.
- Add the gelatin and bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Using a baster, fill cooled graham cracker crusts with the gelatin mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the gelatin is firm. Cut each cup into quarters and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Steps:
- Combine apple cider, apple juice and cinnamon sticks in a large pot.
- Let mixture boil until cinnamon sticks start to unroll. (about 1 hour).
- Let the mixture completely cool and remove cinnamon sticks.
- Add everclear.
- Pour mixture in whatever size bottles you choose. I throw a cinnamon stick in the bottle as well.
- This can be serve chilled or warm.
