- Assemble kielbasa and veggies onto kabobs.
- Place kabobs onto the grill over medium low heat. Rotate every few minutes and baste with dressing when they are turned.
- Take kabobs off when veggies are tender, between 20-30 minutes

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish or casserole with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions in a large saucepan. Drain and return to saucepan; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan whisk together milk and flour. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Stir 1/2 cup of cheese, salt and hot pepper sauce into the milk mixture until smooth.
- In the large saucepan toss together the cooked pasta, apples, kielbasa and cheese sauce. Transfer to prepared baking dish; cover with foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and carefully stir pasta mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the green onion. Bake 10-15 minuted more or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

These kielbasa-apple-potato kabobs are served with cabbage that's been tossed with a sweet and savory apricot-mustard sauce.

- Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, combine mustard, preserves and green onions; reserve 1/4 cup for later use.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Thread sausage, apples, pearl onions and potatoes alternately onto 12 skewers.
- Grill kabobs 12 to 15 min. or until heated through, turning after 7 min. and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture for the last few minutes. Meanwhile, cook reserved mustard mixture in saucepan on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.
- Toss hot cabbage with mustard mixture. Serve with kabobs.

KIELBASA APPLE KABOBS
This is a super simple recipe I copied from the Whole Foods Market website. The grilled kielbasa have such a wonderful flavor. You can even use turkey kielbasa to save on calories and fat. I use more apple just because my kids like the way they taste off the grill. It's okay to let the ingredients sit in the lemon juice mixture for a few minutes. I was concerned about that at first, but it does not overpower or alter the flavor of the dish. I also don't use the skewers. I use a grilling basket - it's much faster!! I serve with couscous.

Steps:
- If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Cut kielbasa, onion and apples into 2-inch pieces.
- Combine in a bowl with lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
- Toss to coat.
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Thread pieces of sausage, onion and apple pieces on skewers, alternating them.
- Grill 3 to 5 minutes each side, until apples and onions are slightly blackened on edges, yet still crisp inside, and sausage is very hot.
- Serve immediately.
