EASY FRENCH BAKED APPLE BRIE
This baked apple brie recipe with bubbly hot cheese is so easy to make and the best bit is that it's created in only 15 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place the brie on an ovenproof serving plate. Arrange the apple wedges over and around the cheese.
- Sprinkle the apples and brie with the brown sugar and drizzle the maple syrup over it.
- Bake the apples and brie for 10 to 12 minutes, until the apples are just tender and the cheese is hot throughout.
- Garnish the baked apples and brie with almond, if desired, and serve it with bread.

APPLE AND ALMOND STUFFED BRIE

- Step 1 Preheated oven to 400 degrees. Step 2 Beat the egg and water together in a small bowl with a fork. Step 3 Sprinkle the flour on a flat surface and unfold the pastry sheets onto it. Cut one sheet in half, keeping the remainder for another use. Match the short ends of both sheets next to each other overlapping slightly, Roll the pastry sheets together into a 20 inch square then spread the Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Pie filling on the pastry to within 2 inches of the edge. Sprinkle with almonds. Place the cheese in the center of the pastry then fold the pastry up over the cheese to cover. With scissors, trim the excess pastry to make flat, press the edges together and press the sides onto the cheese. Brush with the egg wash. Place seam-side down onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil then brush the top and sides with more egg wash. Step 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest for 45 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve with crackers and/or bread.
BAKED BRIE WITH ALMONDS

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pastry sheet on a lightly floured work surface and starting from the center of the dough, roll it out into a 10-inch square. Place the brie round in the center of the dough. Fold the dough up and over the cheese, pleating the dough to enclose like a packet or purse. Trim the dough, if needed. Flip the packet over, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the egg and water; brush the brie packet with the egg mix.
- Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the butter to a small saute pan set over medium heat. Swirl and cook until brown and the butter smells nutty, 4 to 6 minutes. Lower the heat, add the almonds and gently swirl the pan to coat with the butter and cook until the almonds are golden, about 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and place in a bowl so they stop cooking.
- Slice the apples and place them in a large bowl filled with water and the lemon juice.
- Remove the brie from the oven, place it on a serving board using a spatula and allow it to cool for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, dry the apple slices, slice the baguette on a bias and place them on the board.
- Pour the almonds over the brie and sprinkle with the thyme. You can also drizzle a little bit of the buttery almonds over the baguette slices. Cool about 3 minutes and serve with the fresh apple slices and sliced baguette.
APPLES-AND-HONEY BAKED BRIE
In this delicious baked Brie recipe, Brie is topped with sautéed apples and honey and wrapped in phyllo, then baked until gooey. The perfect holiday appetizer.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the apples and cook, stirring often, until softened and lightly caramelized, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer the apples to a bowl and toss with the honey. Season with salt and pepper.In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 6 tablespoons butter. On the prepared sheet pan, lay out 1 sheet of the phyllo dough and lightly brush it with melted butter to coat. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top, brush with butter, and repeat this process until you've layered all 6 sheets of phyllo. Place the Brie in the center and top it with the apple mixture. Fold the corners of the phyllo sheets toward the center of the Brie, overlapping them to seal, then brush with any remaining melted butter.
- In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 6 tablespoons butter. On the prepared sheet pan, lay out 1 sheet of the phyllo dough and lightly brush it with melted butter to coat. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top, brush with butter, and repeat this process until you've layered all 6 sheets of phyllo.
- Place the Brie in the center and top it with the apple mixture. Fold the corners of the phyllo sheets toward the center of the Brie, overlapping them to seal, then brush with any remaining melted butter.
- Bake, rotating the pan halfway through, for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.

- 1) Cut bread into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Toast the bread pieces on a cookie sheet in a preheated 250 degree oven for 8 min or until crisp on outside but not browned. Remove from oven. 2) Cut the brie into rounds slightly smaller than bread slices. Set Aside. 3)In a saute pan, melt butter over med/low heat sprinkle 1 tbs brown sugar on top of butter, add apple wedges in single layer,sprinkle 1 tbs brown sugar over top of apples,saute until golden brown turning once or twice until carmelized. Remove from heat. 3) Place the brie rounds on reserved bread slices. Broil the rounds till golden and puffed 1 to 2 minutes. 4)Remove brie/bread from oven and top each slice with the apple wedge (if apple wedge is to large cut in half) then top with slivered toasted almonds. Serve on a platter or as an appetizer.
