1 cup vodka
2 Alka-Seltzer tablets
10 aspirin
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper (BE CAREFUL, THIS COULD STAIN VERY LIGHT BLONDE HAIR. GRAY HAIR SHOULD BE OK)

Steps:

  • Mix above items together.
  • Stir well.
  • Apply gently to scalp using a toothbrush (not the one you use to brush your teeth- buy a cheap one just to use for this treatment) be sure to apply to all areas where hair loss is greatest.
  • Leave on scalp for 20 minutes.
  • Wash out with a mild shampoo.
  • Do not apply rogaine or any other scalp treatment after.
  • Refrain from using hair coloring products for 24 hours after.
  • If possible, refrain from using harsh chemicals on hair and scalp period.
  • (See natural hair coloring suggestions at the bottom for alternatives) Do this treatment once a week in addition to drinking "anti-baldness drink" (Recipe #45011) every day.
  • Not mandatory, but other helpful things to ingest while doing the "anti-baldness" treatment: Black cohosh, wild yam, red clover, evening primose oil (for women only) saw palmetto (for men only) 1000mg calcium (for everyone) chaseberry, dong quai, 500-750mg magnesium, B-vitamins, 400-1200 mg vitamin E, lecithin, and brewers yeast.
  • This is totally optional.
  • It will produce better results, but it's not necessary.
  • Only if you want to.
  • Natural hair coloring options:.
  • For black hair: Use natural indiago/henna.
  • For brown hair: Use rosemary & elderberry/henna.
  • For auburn hair: Use henna.

This sweet potato soup is not only very nutritious, but is also low residue, and anti inflammatory - the perfect soup for Crohn's sufferers. It's quite possibly the only thing you'd ever need to eat. All ingredients have been considered for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and nutritional properties. It has a curry flavor, sweet and spicy. It's a bit thicker than tomato soup.

3 cups peeled, cubed sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups low-fat chicken broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup finely chopped white onion
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups soy milk
salt to taste
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup sliced canned carrots, drained

Steps:

  • Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until fork-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Combine olive oil and flour in a heavy pot over medium-low heat; cook, stirring constantly, until a smooth paste forms and turns a light caramel color. Add broth and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir in sweet potatoes, onion, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, and red pepper flakes. Bring back to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Remove soup from heat and allow to cool slightly. Fill a blender halfway with soup. Cover and hold lid down with a potholder; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Pour into another pot. Repeat with remaining soup.
  • Mix soy milk into the pureed soup and heat until warmed through, 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt. Add chicken and carrots for more texture.

1 bunch watercress
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch kale
1 bunch spinach
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 small cucumber
1/2 head romaine lettuce or 1/2 red leaf lettuce
6 -10 tablets kelp powder (or alfalpha or seaweed)
1/2 apple
1/2 beet
1/2 parsnip (optional)

Steps:

  • ***IMPORTANT: The above items must be purchased the day you make this or else it will be no good.
  • They need to be fresh.
  • This should not be made with ingredients that are more than 24 hours old.
  • The best place to buy above items is a fresh farmers market.
  • Core apple.
  • Soak and wash all vegetables in lemon water (lemon water is best for removing debris and pesticides naturally). Toss all items into cuisinart or home juicemaker and blend.
  • Pour juice into glass and drink immediately.
  • Drink all of it.
  • Do not save - it will lose effectiveness in an hour.
  • This must be made fresh every day for 12 weeks.
  • During the 12 weeks, you should not drink more than 1 glass of wine a day (if you do drink) because alcohol blocks the absorption of biotin.
  • Firmly massage the top of your scalp for 5 minutes a day to get the nutrients circulating in the blood to the top of your head.
