Ingredients

3 eggs
3 cups turkey breast, cooked
0.5 (16 ounce) jar sweet pickles, chopped
0.75 (10 ounce) jar mustard-mayonnaise blend
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Steps:

Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, turkey, pickles, prepared sandwich and salad sauce and mayonnaise. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 3 hours before serving.

Keeping the salad somewhat chunky is part of what makes it good. No food processors, please. I serve this on a bed of red leaf lettuce and garnish with red and green seedless grapes and pecan halves. Cubed jellied cranberry sauce is very good with it, so I place that on the plate around the salad. Serve with assorted crackers or breads.

6 eggs
6 cups cooked turkey meat

Steps:

2 1/4 cups bite sized pieces smoked turkey
1 cup chopped red onion
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

combine turkey, onion, and eggs.
in seperate bowl, combine mayo with remaining ingred.
add mwyo mix to turkey mix and blend wel.
refrigerate until ready to serve.
