1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 (10.5 ounce) can French onion soup (such as Campbell's ®)
2 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine ground beef, rolled oats, French onion soup, and eggs in a bowl until thoroughly combined; transfer to prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the meat loaf is no longer pink in the middle and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), 60 to 75 minutes.

1 1/2 pounds ground meatloaf mix (equal parts ground beef, pork and veal or turkey)
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 medium onion, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons light brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine the meatloaf mix, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, onion, garlic, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, 1 tablespoon of the Worcestershire, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and form it into a compact oval-shaped loaf about 9 inches by 5 inches. Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
  • Stir the brown sugar together with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire in a small bowl for the glaze. Brush the top and sides of the meatloaf all over with the glaze. Return to the oven and bake until the glaze starts to caramelize and a thermometer inserted in the center of the meatloaf registers 160 degrees F, about 25 minutes more. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice, (divided)
2 tsp dry mustard
2 pounds ground beef (lean)
4 bread slices
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1 egg (beaten)
1 beef bouillon cube (crushed)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice and dry mustard in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Set aside.
  • Crumble bread slices in food processor until crumbled and uniform size.
  • Combine ground beef, shredded bread crumbs, onion, eggs, bouillon cube and remaining lemon juice in a large bowl. Add ½ of the ketchup mixture and mix until well combined. Form meat into a loaf and place in a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Drain fat from dish, then top with remaining ketchup mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes.

2 pounds Ground beef ((lean))
1 small White onion ( (finely minced))
2 Eggs
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2+1/4 cup Ketchup ((divided))
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan (9x5) with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, finely minced onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup of ketchup. Gently mix with hands and then add to loaf pan.
  • Mix remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup with brown sugar and mustard. Add this to the top of your meatloaf. Allow to bake for 1 hour and 15-30 minutes or until your meatloaf if cooked through. Allow to cool and settle for several minutes then slice and serve.

1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 - medium yellow onion, chopped
1 cup(s) cremini mushroom, small-diced (or button mushrooms)
2 - large garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 ounce(s) bread, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 2-1/2 cups of italian or french)
1 cup(s) whole milk
3/4 pound(s) italian sausage (sweet or hot- bulk or skin removed sausages)
1 3/4 pound(s) ground beef
2 - large eggs
2 - lightly packed tsp lemon zest, finely grated
2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh basil (1 tsp dried)
2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh thyme (1 tsp dried)
2 teaspoon(s) garam masala (or any mixed spice you like)
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
9 slice(s) sliced bacon

Steps:

  • Heat 2 Tbs. of the oil in a 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the onion, mushrooms, and garlic, stirring frequently, until softened and just beginning to brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool until warm.
  • In a shallow dish that holds it in a single layer, soak the bread piece's in the milk, flipping once, until soggy but not falling apart, 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the coarseness and freshness of the bread. Lightly squeeze a handful of bread at a time to remove some of the milk (it should be wet but not drenched). Finely chop, or break into small pieces, and add to the bowl with the onion mixture.
  • Place a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Add the beef, sausage and eggs to the onion mixture. Scatter the lemon zest, basil, thyme, and garam masala over the meat, and then sprinkle with the Worcestershire, 2-1/4 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoons pepper. Use your hands to gently mix all the ingredients until just combined; try not to compact the mixture as you do this.
  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment. Transfer the meatloaf mixture to the baking pan and form into a 10x4-inch rectangular block (it becomes loaf-shaped as it cooks). Finish the meatloaf by draping it with slightly overlapping strips of bacon, tucking the ends under the loaf.
  • Bake 40 to 55 minutes.
