2 egg whites
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped shallot
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • combine everhting but tomato sauce.
  • mix well.
  • mld turkey mixture into a loaf pan.
  • bake 45 minutes.
  • remove from oven, pat dry with paper towels.
  • warm tomato sauce in microwave 1 minute and then drizzle over loaf.

  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick, ENJOY.
