CREAMY GUILT-FREE FUDGE



Creamy Guilt-Free Fudge image

This creamy fudge is everything you would expect in a fudge; creamy, very chocolate-y, and addictive. It has reduced fat ingredients to take away some the guilt associated with a dessert of such proportions.

⅔ cup low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt chocolate chips in sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into ungreased 10 inch square pan. Chill several hours until set. Cut into squares.

2 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1 (4 5/8 ounce) package jello brand vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons all natural butter-flavored sprinkles
2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
4 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup water
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon pecan pieces (would be optional)

Steps:

  • If using an electric stove, preheat the largest burner to highest setting.
  • Line a 6" x 8" x 2" pan or dish with aluminum foil.
  • No need to veggie spray.

  • Combine all ingredients (except the pecan pieces) in a 10" dutch oven.
  • Place on preheated burner and bring to a full rolling boil.

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
24 packets Equal sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Lightly grease 8" square pan with non-stick spray.
  • Melt margarine over low heat.
  • Add chocolate and stir just until melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sweetener and vanilla.
  • Combine chocolate mixture with cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in nuts.
  • Spread mixture in prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut into 1" squares.
  • Store in refrigerator.
