DIET SODA CAKE

Steps:

• Combine cake mix and soda. Mix well. DO NOT ADD any other ingredients.
• Pour batter into greased 9x13 dish and bake for the amount of time written on the box of cake mix.

Steps:

• Mix the dry cake mix, the diet soda, and the egg white(s) until well blended.
• Pour into a 9 X 13 sprayed pan or prepared cupcake tins.
• Cook according to the directions on cake mix box.

DIET SODA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly and transfer to a baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray; bake in the oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. (Refer to cake-mix box for pan size and approximate bake time.)

CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD DIET SODA CAKE

Steps:

• Grease a 9x13-inch cake pan.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Put dry cake mix into a mixing bowl.
• Add egg whites and diet coke. DO NOT add oil, or anything else from cake mix package.
• Beat mixture according to instructions on cake mix package.
• Put mixture into pan.
• Bake according to directions on cake mix package.
• Once cake is cooled prepare frosting.
• Take pudding mix and mix with chocolate milk.

DIET SODA CAKE OR CUPCAKES WITH FROSTING

Steps:

• CAKE: Stir the soda into the cake mix - nothing else; no eggs, no oil just diet soda. Spray a 9x13 baking pan w/baking spray and bake according to cake mix directions. If making cupcakes, place liners in a muffin pan and use a standard ice cream scoop to place one level portion into each cup. Approximately, 1/4 cup.
• FROSTING: Fold the pudding into the cool whip. Add half the milk and keep adding a as much of the remaining milk as you'd like to get the consistency you prefer. Frost COMPLETELY COOL cake. Cut into 2"x2" square servings and serve.

DIET SODA CARROT CAKE

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients adding lemon-lime soda last.
• Bake in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam and dusted w/ flour for 35-40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
• When cooled top w/ Fat-free Coolwhip w/ grated lemon peel on top.
