AMARETTO CHOCOLATE DIP

Steps:

• Bring the heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Whisk in the chocolate and cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in the liqueur and vanilla.
• Transfer the sauce to a small bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature with cookies for dipping.

AMARETTO APPLE DIP

Steps:

• Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar, amaretto, vanilla extract, and milk in a food processor. Process until creamy.

AMARETTO

Steps:

• Combine water and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the mixture is boiling, and all of the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
• Stir vodka, almond extract and vanilla extract into the mixture. Store in a sealed bottle.

EASY AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, pour in pudding mix- add milk and stir (just to dissolve the mix).
• Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
• Add the Amaretto and stir all together.
• Keep cool until serving- use any fresh fruit for dipping- Strawberries, grapes, and apples work great!

AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• Mix cool whip with dry pudding mix and amaretto.
• Refrigerate 2 hours or more. Serve with cut up fruit.

AMARETTO DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, half-and-half, instant pudding mix, Kahlua, amaretto and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth.
• Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
• Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.

AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• Mix all dry pudding mix with Cool Whip thoroughly. Add 1/4 cup of amaretto to mixture and mix until consistency is smooth.
• Refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to serving to ensure that all sugars from the pudding are dissolved.

AMARETTO MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge. If desired, sprinkle salt on a plate; dip rim in salt. Fill glass with ice. In an empty cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice and amaretto. Fill with ice; cover and shake until frost forms on the outside of the shaker, 15-20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lime wedge and, if desired, cherries.

AMARETTO DIP

Steps:

• Mix ingredients and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
• Serve with assorted fruits to dip: strawberries, sliced pears, pineapple, melon balls, grapes, berries.

STRAWBERRY AMARETTO CREAM DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese and cool whip with handmixer until smooth. Stir in strawberry jam and amaretto. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with sliced or whole strawberries and vanilla wafers.
• (Can also serve with sliced apples, angel food cake bites, etc.)
• Can be made 1 or 2 days in advance.
• Original recipe called for 2 T. strawberry jam and 2 ounces of Amaretto.
