A great, easy cauliflower side dish that pairs well with any protein. I've used smoked paprika, a favorite of mine, but feel free to add your favorite flavors. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon peanut oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
4 cups cauliflower florets

Steps:

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cut garlic in half and smash with the blade of a knife. Place in a bowl with oil, salt, and paprika. Add cauliflower and turn to coat.
Place the coated cauliflower in the bowl of the air fryer and cook to desired crispiness, shaking every 5 minutes, about 15 minutes total.

Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower
1/2 tbsp Curry power
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper

Steps:

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces. Let them dry.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
Lightly oil the air fryer basket, place the cauliflower into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Give it a shake every 3-4 minutes.
Serve with your favorite main dishes.
