Air Fryer Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower Food
AIR FRYER TURMERIC ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil. Sprinkle the turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top and toss well until the florets are well coated with the spices.
- Pour the cauliflower into the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 15 to 17 minutes, pulling out and shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Check the cauliflower at 15 minutes and cook until it appears roasted and is fork tender.

A great, easy cauliflower side dish that pairs well with any protein. I've used smoked paprika, a favorite of mine, but feel free to add your favorite flavors. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut garlic in half and smash with the blade of a knife. Place in a bowl with oil, salt, and paprika. Add cauliflower and turn to coat.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the bowl of the air fryer and cook to desired crispiness, shaking every 5 minutes, about 15 minutes total.
