AIR FRYER SWEET POTATO WEDGES
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges have a crunchy outside and a perfectly soft center. Cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right amount of spices, this is the best way to cook Sweet Potatoes in the Air Fryer!! (Oven instructions also included in the recipe card)

Steps:
- Prepare sweet potato by washing, peeling and slicing into wedges. Slice into wedges, by first slicing in half, then slice those halves in half and repeat until you have wedges.
- Place sliced wedges in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl combine the ingredients for the spice mixture.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat, either with your hands or tongs.
- Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the wedges, add more to taste. You can reserve the remaining for an additional sweet potato.
- Toss to coat the sweet potato wedges evenly with seasoning.
- Place in the basket of your air fryer and set to 400ºF.
- Set the timer for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the sweet potato wedges. Continue to cook an additional 5-10 minutes, until to desired crispiness.

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.
- Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.
