Steak on the grill is fantastic, but it's not always possible to get to the grill, especially in the winter. The air fryer can solve the problem. This air fry ribeye steak recipe is very simple.

4 Ribeye Steak ((about 1.25" thick))
2 tbsp Butter ((melted))
2 tsp Salt ((to taste))
2 tsp Pepper ((to taste))

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Brush melted butter onto the steaks on both sides. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the steaks into the air fryer. You may have to do it in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook for 15 minutes for medium doneness. Flip the steaks halfway through cooking.
  • Remove the steaks from the air fryer, wrap in foil, and let rest for 10 minutes, then serve with your favorite side dishes.

Ribeye steak approx 3/4 inch thick

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400F
  • While fryer preheats, remove steak from fridge
  • Season liberally with salt
  • Cook at 400F for five minutes, flip steak
  • Cook for 10 minutes (medium rare)
  • Cook for 12 minutes (medium-medium well)
  • Allow meat to rest for five minutes

1 (8 oz) rib eye steak (1 inch (2.5 cm) thick, at room temperature)
1 tsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
sea salt flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer by running it with the air fryer basket in at 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and black pepper.
  • Pat the steak dry and rub with the seasoning on all sides.
  • Place steak in air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes (medium rare) at 390°F (200°C) , turning once halfway.The time will vary depending on how thick your steak is, how done you want it to be, and your specific air fryer model.
  • Check the temperature with a meat termometer. See the guide below if you are unsure of which temperature to aim for.The temperature will keep rising while the steak is resting.
  • Wrap the steak in foil and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes just before serving.

2 rib-eye steaks, cut 1 1/2- inch thick
4 teaspoons grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

Steps:

  • Combine steaks, soy sauce, olive oil, and seasoning in a large resealable bag. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove steaks from bag and discard the marinade. Pat excess oil off the steaks.
  • Add about 1 tablespoon water to the bottom of the air fryer pan to prevent it from smoking during the cooking process.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Add steaks to air fryer and cook for 7 minutes. Turn steaks and cook for another 7 minutes until steak is medium rare. For a medium steak, increase the total cook time to 16 minutes, flipping steak after 8 minutes.
  • Remove steaks, keep warm, and let sit for about 4 minutes before serving.

Calzones are delicious but can be time consuming! No more! This quick recipe comes together with a two-ingredient dough and then any pizza toppings you want, then cooks up super fast in the air fryer!

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup pizza sauce, or as needed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Combine flour and yogurt together in a bowl to form a soft dough.
  • Transfer to a lightly floured work surface. Roll out into a large circle, about 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Use a cereal bowl (or any other smaller bowl), coat the rim with flour, and press down into the dough to cut out 4 circles.
  • Spread pizza sauce on the bottom half of each circle, leaving about 1/16th inch of rim space. Sprinkle sauce with mozzarella cheese, then top cheese with 4 slices of pepperoni.
  • Fold the top half of the circle over, forming a half circle. Press the edges together to seal. Using the tines of a fork, crimp all the way around the sealed edges of each half circle.
  • Spray each calzone with cooking spray and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Set an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Set calzones into the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry for 5 minutes, flip calzones, and cook until lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer you might need to work in batches.
  • Check calzones for color and air-fry them for few more minutes if necessary. Remove and allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
