PIGS IN A PONCHO

Steps:
- Heat hot dogs according to package directions. Spread beans over the center of each tortilla; layer with green chiles, olives and cheese. Place hot dog down center of tortilla. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling and roll up; secure with a toothpick., In a deep skillet or electric skillet, heat 1 in. of oil to 375°. Fry wraps in batches, seam side down, until golden brown, 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Discard toothpicks before serving. Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.

- Preheat air fryer to 375°. Heat hot dogs according to package directions. Spread beans over center of each tortilla; layer with green chiles, olives and cheese. Place hot dog down center of tortilla. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling and roll up., In batches, arrange wraps in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes. Turn; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and crisp, 6-8 minutes longer. If desired, serve with sour cream and salsa.

- Cut a slit down the length of each hot dog without cutting through; insert a halved cheese stick into the slit. Set aside., Preheat air fryer to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together flour, yogurt, salsa, chili powder, jalapenos and ¼ cup crushed tortilla chips to form a soft dough. Place dough on a lightly floured surface; divide into sixths. Roll dough into 15-inch long strips; wrap one strip around cheese-stuffed hot dog. Repeat with remaining dough and hot dogs. Spray dogs with cooking spray and gently roll in remaining crushed chips. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray, and place dogs in basket without touching, leaving room to expand. , In batches, cook until dough is slightly browned and cheese starts to melt, 8-10 minutes. If desired, serve with additional salsa, sour cream and guacamole.

Steps:
- Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 1 minute to make them pliable and wrap in a paper towel or dish towel to keep them soft.
- Heat enough oil in a medium frying pan to cover the bottom about 1/2 inch.
- Wrap weiners in corn tortillas.
- Fry the "pigs in a poncho" until tortillas start to turn light brown and place on a paper towel to drain.
- To make the cheese sauce combine all ingredients in a microwave safe dish and heat until the sauce is melted and bubbly and stir.
