- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and preheat to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Mix chuck, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Form into 6 mini loaves.
- Place meatloaves in the preheated basket, making sure that they don't touch. Cook for 30 minutes for well done. Smooth some ketchup over each meatloaf and cook for 3 minutes more.

- Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Combine sirloin, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, onion, oats, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until just incorporated. Form into 2 small loaves that are approximately 4 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide.
- Lightly spray the inner basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Add the 2 loaves, without touching one another, and lightly brush the tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.

- In a mixing bowl, rub the sliced baby potatoes in olive oil. Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. Mix until potatoes are evenly coated.

EASY AIR FRYER MEATLOAF RECIPE
Steps:
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add the butter and onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions become soft and fragrant. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the ground beef to a large bowl with all of the ingredients including the cooked onions. (excluding the glaze ingredients).
- Beak down the meat and combine the ingredients. You can also use your hands. Ensure the meat is coated in all of the seasonings and ingredients, but don't overwork the meat. If you overwork the meat the meatloaf is more likely to fall apart after air frying.
- Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Add the meat mixture to the pan. Shape the meat in the pan, pay close attention to the edges, and smooth with a silicone spatula or spoon. A 9x5 pan won't fit in my 5.8 quart air fryer, but it will fit in my air fryer oven. If using an air fryer, use the loaf pan to mold the meatloaf, and then remove it from the pan by pulling up on the parchment paper and place it on the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 35 minutes on 370 degrees.
- While the meatloaf bakes in the air fryer, combine all of the ingredients for the glaze in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.
- After 35 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven. You can choose to drain any excess fat. I didn't drain any because the parchment paper works well at soaking it up. Spread the glaze over the top. The mixture will create a thick layer on top.
- Return the meatloaf to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes (timing will vary based on temperature). Use a meat thermometer to test the inside of the loaf and ensure it has reached an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees. Examine the edges of the meatloaf to ensure the edges are fully cooked.
- Allow the meatloaf to cool and rest for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. I allow mine to rest for about 20 minutes. The meat will need to rest before you slice into it.
- Use a serrated bread knife to slice the meatloaf, this will prevent it from falling apart as you slice it.

- Add breadcrumbs and beef broth to a small bowl and stir until breadcrumbs are coated. Set aside.
- Add mushrooms, carrots, onions, and garlic and process until finely chopped. Place in large bowl.

- In large bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until ingredients come together. Do not over-mix.
- Form mixture into a loaf of even thickness (about 2 inches thick). A rectangular shape works best for even cooking.

- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F according to manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Create a sling using a large piece of foil, roughly 2-3 inches wide that will extend beyond the sides of the meatloaf so you can lift it out after. Lightly grease the top and place the sling into the basket of the air fryer.
- Shape the meatloaf mixture into a log shape (about 6 inches long by 3-4 inches wide and 1.5-2 inches deep) and place on the sling in the air fryer.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, checking and covering the top with foil partway through if necessary to prevent burning (this is a bigger problem with smaller air fryers, as the element is closer to the meat). Cook until the internal temperature is a minimum 160 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, stir together the ketchup and brown sugar.

- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing (the longer it rests, the easier it will slice).

- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Use a non stick spray or cooking oil and coat a sheet of aluminum foil. (You will need a slightly larger piece than your meatloaf will be as it will sit in the foil with the edges folded up to cradle the meatloaf.)
- In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients be sure to reserve 1/2 the ketchup to put on the top of the meatloaf later.
- Mix the meatloaf mixture thoroughly.

- Cook for an additional 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C). The internal temperature should be at 160-165°F (71-74°C). If not, cover with a small bit of foil and continue cooking until the temperature is brought up.
- Remove from air fryer and allow to rest and cool slightly, carefully transfer to a serving plate or cutting board, slice, serve and enjoy!
