Steps:
- Preheat Air Fryer to 390F / 200C.
- Mix the ground pork and ground beef and chorizo in a bowl.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
- Place mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place onto aluminum foil.
- Put in the air fryer basket and cook for about 20 - 35 minutes. (Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness).
- While the meatloaf is cooking, mix the glaze. About 5 minutes before the meatloaf is done, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and cook until done.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool for approximately 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- In large bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until ingredients come together. Do not over-mix.
- Form mixture into a loaf of even thickness (about 2 inches thick). A rectangular shape works best for even cooking.
- Form a piece of foil into a 'cradle' for the meatloaf. A rectangle shape larger than the loaf with the edges curled up. Pace into the air fryer making sure it does not cover the basket entirely. Air needs to be able to flow through the basket. Spray foil with nonstick.
- Place meatloaf onto foil.
- Air fry at 375ºF for 25 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients. Slather with glaze then air fry at 375ºF for 10 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 160ºF.

- Preheat an air fryer to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Knead and mix thoroughly.

- Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat add the oil and then add the onion and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer onion to a large mixing bowl. Add ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg to the onions. Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients just until incorporated. Be careful not to over mix.
- Preheat air fryer at 375°F per manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer meat to the prepared air fryer basket and shape into a 4×6 inch loaf. Cook at 375°F. for 20 minutes.
- Remove meatloaf from oven and spread the barbecue sauce on top. Return meatloaf to air fryer and continue to cook at 375°F. for 8-10 more minutes or until a digital thermometer reads 165°F in the center of the loaf.
- Remove meatloaf from air fryer and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

- Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
- Spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil. Put the meatloaf mixture into the basket and shape into a loaf. Set the temperature to 370° and the timer to 20 minutes.
- At the end of the 20 minutes, brush with the remaining barbecue sauce and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Set the timer for 5 more minutes. - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Use a non stick spray or cooking oil and coat a sheet of aluminum foil. (You will need a slightly larger piece than your meatloaf will be as it will sit in the foil with the edges folded up to cradle the meatloaf.)
- In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients be sure to reserve 1/2 the ketchup to put on the top of the meatloaf later.
- Mix the meatloaf mixture thoroughly.
- Form your meatloaf mixture into a rectangular shape about 2-3 inches thick and place on the aluminum foil folding the edges up to make a pan shape to hold the meatloaf.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
- Open the air fryer and carefully apply the remaining ketchup on the top of the meatloaf.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C). The internal temperature should be at 160-165°F (71-74°C). If not, cover with a small bit of foil and continue cooking until the temperature is brought up.
- Remove from air fryer and allow to rest and cool slightly, carefully transfer to a serving plate or cutting board, slice, serve and enjoy!

- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F according to manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Create a sling using a large piece of foil, roughly 2-3 inches wide that will extend beyond the sides of the meatloaf so you can lift it out after. Lightly grease the top and place the sling into the basket of the air fryer.
