AIR FRYER CRISPY FISH TACOS WITH SLAW
Unlike most fish taco recipes, the slaw in this recipe is air-fried instead of raw creating a caramelized version which leaves the fish to be the crispy star of the show.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray.
- Combine cabbage slaw, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined and set aside.
- Mix together flour, cornmeal, and taco seasoning in a separate bowl. Add fish pieces and toss until evenly coated, discarding any remaining seasoning mix. Place in the prepared air fryer basket and mist lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook fish in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes. Shake the basket, and cook until fish is crispy and flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes more. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Place cabbage slaw mixture into the air fryer basket.
- Cook until cabbage is caramelized, about 8 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
- Spoon cabbage onto tortillas and top with fish.

AIR FRYER FISH TACOS
These fish tacos are food truck-worthy but air fryer-easy, which is why you'll find yourself making them a little too often for a weeknight dinner. Sorry, not sorry. Also not sorry about the crunchy slaw that's so good, you'll find yourself eating it on its own.

Steps:
- In medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and salt. Add cabbage and red onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate cabbage mixture until ready to serve.
- Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket.
- In shallow dish, place taco seasoning mix. In another shallow dish, beat egg and water. In third shallow dish, place bread crumbs. Coat fish with taco seasoning mix; dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place fish on parchment in air fryer basket. Set to 350°F; cook 8 minutes. Turn fish; cook 4 to 6 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork (at least 145°F). Cut fish into bite-size pieces.
- Divide cabbage mixture among taco bowls. Top with fish, then top with avocado, radishes and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine black beans, corn, olive oil, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Gently stir until beans and corn are evenly coated; set aside.
- Lay fish fillets on a clean work surface and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly spray each fillet with cooking spray and sprinkle 1/2 of the blackened seasoning over the top. Flip fillets over, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning.
- Place fish in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer, working in batches if necessary. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip fish and cook 2 more minutes; transfer to a plate.
- Place bean and corn mixture in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Place fish into corn tortillas and top with bean and corn mixture. Serve with lime wedges and hot sauce.
