These pasta chips are crunchy, salty, and addicting. I like them plain but feel free to serve them with a marinara dipping sauce if desired. Store in an airtight container.

2 cups farfalle pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook farfalle pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, but do not rinse. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Transfer pasta to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Gently stir until evenly combined.
  • Place pasta in the air fryer basket in batches and cook for 5 minutes. Flip with a spatula and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Break apart any pasta chips that have stuck together. Repeat with remaining pasta Allow to cool completely for final crisping.

Crispy, Crunchy and Guilt-Free, these Air Fryer Dill Pickle Pasta Chips are the perfect snack. Best of all, there is only 1 tsp of oil and tons of flavor.

2 Cups Farfalle Pasta (We Used Gluten-Free Jovial Pasta)
4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
One Bunch Fresh Dill (Roughly Chopped, or 2 Tbsp Dried Dill)

Steps:

  • In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water to boil.
  • Pour in 2 tbps of the Apple Cider Vinegar to the water.
  • Add the pasta to the pot and boil for half the recommended time. We cooked our pasta for 5 minutes.
  • While the pasta is cooking, combine the rest of the vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and fresh dill to a small bowl and whisk to incorporate.
  • Drain and rinse the pasta once it has finished cooking.
  • In a large bowl, toss the pasta and the spice mixture together. Make sure to coat all the pasta.
  • Add 1 tsp of olive oil to your air fryer, followed by the spiced pasta mix.
  • Cook at 360 degrees for approx. 20 minutes. Check the air fryer regularly to prevent burning. Toss the pasta periodically while it cooks to promote even browning.
  • Remove and garnish with more fresh dill if desired. Eat and ENJOY!

32 dill pickle slices
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
Cooking spray
Ranch salad dressing, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°. Let pickles stand on a paper towel until liquid is almost absorbed, about 15 minutes., Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs, pickle juice, cayenne and garlic powder. Combine panko and dill in a third shallow bowl., Dip pickles in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere. In batches, place pickles in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and crispy, 7-10 minutes. Turn pickles; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and crispy, 7-10 minutes longer. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with ranch dressing.
