AIR FRIED SWEET POTATO FRIES
Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400. Make sure that your sweet potatoes has been sliced into one quarter to one half inch wide slices that resemble fries. Pretreating your fry basket for nonstick is optional.
- In a mixing bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the olive oil and seasonings. Then toss the sweet potatoes fries in the seasonings. It may be easiest to use your hands to toss the pumpkin to assure that the slices all get evenly covered.
- Place as many sweet potatoes fries that will fit without overlapping into the basket of the air fryer. Air fry for six minutes and then toss the fries in the basket. Continue to air fry the fries until crisp and browning (about another five or six minutes). Repeat until all of the fries are done air frying

AIR FRYER CINNAMON SUGAR SWEET POTATO FRIES
Steps:
- Toss the fries with the coconut oil and sprinkle with a little salt. Place the fries in the basket of your air fryer, in a single layer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes, or until browned, crispy, and cooked all the way through. Transfer to a bowl and toss with the sugar and cinnamon, using more or less of both to suit your tastes and preferences. Serve right away with the coconut maple cream.
- For the coconut maple cream
- Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge for at least 2 hours, to chill the solids and allow them to concentrate in the bottom of the can. Open the can and carefully drain off the coconut liquid (I save this for smoothies). Transfer the solid coconut cream to a bowl and add the maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of water to thin, if needed. Serve with the fries.
SWEET POTATO FRIES
I love this recipe. I made it up from a version I had at a restaraunt. Great for kids too! I choose to dip into ranch dressing. I know it may sound strange, but try it, YUM!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Put cut fries into large ziploc bag with olive oil, put in salt, garlic and cinnamon and shake to coat.
- Place fries onto baking sheet leaving space between fries.
- Put in oven for 10 minutes and then flip them over.
- Place back in for 10 more minutes.
- They should be soft on the inside and browned on the outside.
- Let cool for 5 minutes.
- You may also use regular potatoes or 1/4 packet taco seasoning to alter taste to your liking.
CINNAMON SWEET POTATO FRIES
This recipe is based on one by Maya's Mama which I have adapted to our taste. I use Krazy Mixed-up Salt & cinnamon to give these fries extra flavor. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Peel sweet potatoes and then slice into French fry style sticks.
- Line a jelly roll pan with a sheet of baker's parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potato fries in a bowl with olive oil to coat sweet potatoes.
- Lie sweet potato fries on to the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Use 1.5 teaspoons worth of cinnamon and sprinkle sweet potato fries.
- Bake them for 20 minutes, then turn them over.
- Sprinkle salt and remaining cinnamon on the fries.
- Bake them for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
