Air fryer chocolate chip cookies are a delicious way to make cookies. Buttery warm cookies are ready in just a few minutes in the air fryer.

3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat the butter with sugars until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and half of the flour. Mix until the dry ingredients have combined with the butter mixture.
  • Add in the remaining half of the flour and mix on medium speed, until the cookie dough is thick and creamy. Once the dough is mixed, stir in the chocolate chips, and optional nuts, until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to shape the dough into balls. Place the dough balls into the air fryer basket on top of parchment paper. Leave about an inch in between each cookie.
  • Air Fry at 300 degrees F for 7-8 minutes. When cookies are golden brown, let them sit in the air fryer basket for an additional 1 to 2 minutes before transferring to cooking rack.

These air fryer cookies are perfectly thick, soft, chewy, and ready in 10 minutes! No eggs and no dairy needed, it is such a simple recipe!

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (gluten free, if needed)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter (vegan or standard)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips (dairy free or standard)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, add the butter and sugars and use a stick or hand mixer to cream together. Stir through the milk and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold through the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Stir through the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least an hour.
  • Remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Using your hands, roll out 12 balls of cookie dough.
  • Place 3-4 balls of cookie dough into the air fryer basket, ensuring there is enough room for the cookies to spread.
  • Air fry the cookies at 170C/325F for 7-8 minutes, or until the edges are just firm.
  • Remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer and let the cookies sit in it for five minutes. Carefully remove the cookies from the basket and place them on a wire rack to cool completely. While cooling, continue air frying the remaining cookies in batches.

18 Oreo cookies
1 large egg, room temperature
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup biscuit/baking mix
Confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • On each of eighteen 4-in. wooden skewers, thread 1 cookie, inserting pointed end of skewer into filling if desired. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. , Preheat air fryer to 350°. Cut pieces of parchment to fit the bottom of the air fryer. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg, milk and extract; add biscuit mix and stir just until moistened. Dip cookie into biscuit mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. Place a sheet of parchment in air fryer; spray parchment with nonstick cooking spray. In batches, arrange cookies in a single layer 1/2 in. apart, placing 1 cookie in each corner of the paper so it doesn't fly around during cooking. , Cook until golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
