1 tablespoon olive oil
kosher salt (to taste)

Steps:

  • Scrub potatoes with water and dab dry. Poke each potato with a fork several times.
  • Generously rub with oil and season with salt.
  • Place potatoes in the air fryer at 390°F (no need to preheat).
  • Cook 25 minutes, turn potatoes over and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Serve with desired toppings.

  • Add olive oil to skin, making sure there is oil on all of the potato skin. The easiest way to do this is simply with your hand or with a natural basting brush.
