INSTANT VORTEX PLUS AIR FRYER BAKED POTATOES

Ingredients

2 - 4 russet potatoes (scrubbed & rinsed)
1/2 TBSP Olive Oil or melted butter
1/2 TSP sea salt
1/2 TSP your favorite seasoning (I used a garlic & herb blend)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

Prick the potatoes with a fork. Rub the potatoes with either oil or butter.
Sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder & your favorite seasoning.
Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, touch BAKE then adjust the temp to 400 degrees, set the time to * 40 minutes, touch START.
When the display indicates "Add Food" place potatoes (unwrapped) on a tray. Close the door.
When time ends carefully remove baked potatoes and serve.

Ingredients

3 russet potatoes (with skin on, scrubbed and diced)
1½ Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
ground pepper to taste

Steps:

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil and all seasonings.
Place potatoes in air fryer basket. Put the basket into the inner pot, place the air fryer lid on top.
Set the temperature to 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove lid, shake basket and stir potatoes. Continue to cook potatoes until they are golden and tender (about 7-8 more minutes).
Remove and top with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve and enjoy!
