AIR FRIED POTATO WEDGES
How to cook crispy and delicious wedges in your air fryer.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Scrub the potatoes under running water (no need to peel unless you really want to).
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Pat the wedges dry with paper towels. The drier they are before air frying, the crisper they will be.
- Place potato wedges into air fryer basket and spray with oil, add salt and seasoning, then shake and spray with oil again.
- Air fry potato wedges for 15 minutes.
- When this time is up, remove the basket, shake the wedges and return to the air fryer for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown (air fryer cooking times can vary depending on the brand).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Cut each potato lengthwise in half. Cut each half into 3 wedges. In a large bowl, drizzle potatoes with oil; toss to coat. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes; toss to coat., In batches, arrange potatoes in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and tender, 15-20 minutes.

- Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.
- Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine potatoes, pepper sauce, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, and salt in a large bowl; stir until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place 8 wedges in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Use tongs to return the wedges to the bowl with the sauce and give them another stir. Return back in the basket and cook for 10 minutes more, shaking halfway through cook time. Repeat with remaining 8 potato wedges.
