Easy to make Mexican pineapple drink, a type of agua fresca. It's fruit blended with water and a bit of sugar. Serve with the midday meal, comida. It is a great replacement for soft drinks. It satisfies the craving for something sweet with the benefit of some healthy fruit.

Steps:
- Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple then remove the skin.
- Cut the pineapple into 2" chunks.
- Blend the pineapple, sugar, and water in two batches.
- Strain after blending to remove the pulp.
- Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Cut the pineapple into chunks
- Please the 4 cups of pineapple chunks in a blender with 1 or 2 cups of water.
- Blend until smooth all of the chunks have blended. About 1 minute.
- Strain mixture into a bowl then transfer the pineapple water to a pitcher. Skip this step If you want to keep the pulp in the drink.
- Add the remaining of the water and sugar. Mix well.
- Taste and add more sugar or water if needed.
- Enjoy drink over some ice!
