Absolut Prickly Pear Martini Food

PRICKLY PEAR MARTINI

Steps:

• Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
• Pour vodka, apple juice and grenadine into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake it until the shaker is very cold.
• Strain the drink into the martini glass and serve.

PEAR MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add 3 Shots Absolut Pear Vodka.
• Add 3 Shots Triple Sec.
• Add 3 Shots Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice.
• Shake.
• Pour into two martini glass garnished with a thin pear slice cut with an upward cut so it sits beautifully on the martini glass edge.

ABSOLUT PEARS MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
• Add 1½ parts Absolut Pears.
• Add ¾ part simple syrup.
• Add ½ part lemon juice.
• Add ½ part pear puree.
• Shake.
• Strain into a cocktail glass.
• Garnish with pear.

FABULOUS PEAR MARTINI

Steps:

• muddle the pear, pear syrup and simple syrup in cocktail shaker.
• Add other ingredients and shake with ice.
• Strain into cocktail glass.
• Thinly slice the pear, and hang on martini glass.

PRICKLY PEAR MARTINI (ALCOHOLIC)

Steps:

• Blend the prickly pear to a puree.
• Put 1 teaspoon of the puree in a cocktail shaker with the tequila & lemon juice, then add plenty of ice & shake thoroughly.
• Strain into a glass to serve.

FRENCH PEAR MARTINI

Steps:

• Rim cocktail glass with sugar.
• Shake liqueurs into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Strain into cocktail glasses.
