This 7-layer dip is super easy and a beautiful dish to entertain with. I have a big colorful platter that I put it on. It's always a hit!!

- 1 c sour cream.
- 1 c guacamole.

- 1. Reserve 1/2 cup drained tomatoes; set aside. Blend remaining tomatoes and reserved liquid with beans in medium bowl.
- 2. Spread bean mixture in 8x8-inch glass baking dish or round casserole dish. Top with guacamole.
- 3. Blend together sour cream and seasoning mix in small bowl. Spread over guacamole. Top evenly with layers of cheese, olives, green onions and reserved tomatoes. Chill 2 hours prior to serving. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.

I love this!! I can't remember where I came across this, but the bacon makes it unique from other one's that I've seen. It is always devoured within minutes at any party!

Steps:
- In skillet over medium-high heat brown bacon pieces till crispy. Add refried beans directly into skillet, into grease and all (does not sound heart friendly but does taste yummy). Cook until warm and bubbly, about 3-4 minute Take off heat and let cool.
- After cool put in serving dish, I use a long rectangle glass dish, then top with half the cheese. Then top with the guacamole. Then put salsa on top of it. Top that off with the rest of the cheese. Mix taco seasoning in with sour cream, then pour on top of salsa, careful not to try to mix them, you are making layers.
- Top off sour cream layer with green onions and black olives, if desired, alot of people i know don't like black olives so I leave them out but they are good on it.

- Layer #1: Spread the entire can of refried beans on a dinner-sized plate/platter.
- Layer #2: Mash the avocados with a little fresh lime juice & salt to taste. Spread avocado evenly over refried beans.
- Layer #3: Mix the taco xeasoning into the container of sour cream. Spread this evenly over the avocado layer.
- Layer #4: Chopped green onion.
- Layer #5: Sliced black olives.

- Slice avocadoes in half; remove seed; Peel away outer skin and place fruit in bowl.
- Cover fruit with lime juice and mash with fork.
- Season with salt to taste, 1/4 tsp.
- garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp.
- cumin.
- Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and the 1 tsp.
- cumin in a mixing bowl; set aside.
- In another small bowl mix together refried beans and the 1 tsp.
- garlic powder (garlic salt o. k.) to taste.
- Spread beans over the bottom of a serving dish or large casserole.
- On top of this spread the guacamole, leaving a small area of beans exposed.
