EASY HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREAST
EASY and only 4 ingredients! I was messin around with ingredients in my kitchen last night and BAM! One of the easiest and quick chicken recipes EVER. No need for all those ingredients you dont have in the cabinets.

Steps:
- Wash and pat dry Chicken Breasts.
- Mix~ mustard, honey and sweet n low packet in a measuring cup.
- Poke Chicken breasts with fork to make holes for absorption of liquid mixture.
- Cover Chicken with half of Mustard mixture
- Pour remaining Mustard mixture into a regular skillet.
- Place chicken in skillet on med heat and cover.
- Flip chicken after 10 minutes then re-cover and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- DONE and OH MY HEAVENS ~ The whole family loved it !

My absolute favorite dish at Bakers Square is the Honey Mustard Chicken with mushrooms and onions. Unfortunately, the Bakers Square restaurants near me relocated. So, I devised this version which is quick and easy.-Arlene Erlbach, Morton Grove, Illinois

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat; shake off excess. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove from pan. Add mushrooms and onion to same pan; cook and stir until tender, 6-8 minutes., Add dressing mixture, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Return chicken to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, 12-15 minutes longer.

HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREAST
Has to be my signature dish. Everyone loves it. I must admit though, that I got the honey mustard recipe from my hero Alton Brown! Oh well, this is my most requested dish for pot lucks and meals for people at church. Adjust it if you need to for more servings. I've got to where I just eyeball the measurements for the honey mustard and it still turns out great. Hope you enjoy!

- I like to brown the chicken first, but it's not necessary. I like the color.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Make the dressing.
- Whisk the 3 ingredients for the honey mustard together.
- Add the nuts.
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and cover with honey mustard dressing.
- Bake at 350°F for about an hour or until chicken is done all the way through.

Steps:
- Prepare marinade in small bowl and then cover chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours. Save small amount for basting.
- Preheat oven to 375. In saute pan heat oil and then add breasts to sear on both sides cooking about 4 to 5 mnutes on each side.
- Move to shallow baking dish.
- Top chicken with saved marinade for basting then top with mushrooms, bacon and then cheese.
- Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling about 7 minutes.
