½ cup ranch salad dressing, or to taste
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's®)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
2 (12.5 fl oz) cans chicken chunks, drained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat cream cheese in a deep baking dish until smooth. Add ranch dressing, Buffalo wing sauce, and mozzarella cheese to cream cheese and stir until smooth. Stir in chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and bubbling, about 20 minutes.

16 ounces cream cheese (, 2 bricks)
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (, more to taste (less if you don't like spicy) )
2/3 cup ranch dressing (, could also substitute bleu cheese dressing)
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1.5-2 cups shredded chicken (, can use rotisserie or canned)

Steps:

  • Combine the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing chicken, in slow cooker and stir together.
  • Cook on low for 1 hour or until bubbly. Before serving, you can add more cheese to the top and broil for a couple minutes, if desired.
  • Turn slow cooker to warm. Serve hot with tortilla chips and/ or vegetables.

1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 (9.75-ounce) cans chicken in water, drained
Crackers, chips, and/or veggies, for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a (9-inch) deep-dish pie plate add the cream cheese and stir with a fork until smooth.
  • Stir in the dressing, hot sauce and cheeses. Mix in the canned chicken and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
  • Stir before serving with crackers, chips, and/or veggies.
