a crunchy and creamy dessert everyone will enjoy! you can use whichever rectangular buttery crackers you prefer

Steps:
- line the bottom of a buttered 13x9" baking pan with a single layer of crackers, set aside.
- melt margarine in a heavy saucepan; add sugars, graham cracker crumbs and milk --
- heat over medium-high heat until sugars dissolve, stirring oftten; spead over crackers.
- arrange another single layer of crackers on top; set aside.
- combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat over low heat until melted, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- spread over crackers; set aside until firm --
- cut into bars to serve.

I found this recipe on the back of the marshmallow bag. They were so easy to make and even easier to eat!! They are especially good while the marshmallows are still warm and gooey--hope you enjoy :)

Steps:
- Mix cake mix, margarine, or butter and egg until combined.
- Spread into lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
- Bake at 375° for 16-20 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, m&m's, and peanuts over crust.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes more until marshmallows begin to melt.
- Cool completely and cut into bars.

4 LAYER MOCK SNICKER CANDY BARS
When I saw this recipe, I really was amazed. Many "snickers" bars recipes do not call for the butterscotch chips and a few other ingredients. I thought this just sounded heavenly, and way better than the snickers. I have not made them yet though, so please let me know what you think if you do!

Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in small saucepan. Stir over low until melted and smooth.
- Spread onto the bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan lined with aluminum foil. (Foil will be helpful in lifting it out of pan when finished).
- Put pan in the freezer while working on next layer.
- For filling layer, heat butter in heavy saucepan over medium heat until melted.
- Add the sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to boil and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract and peanut butter.
- When smooth, mix in peanuts.
- Spread over first layer. Place back in freezer as you make caramel layer.
- Unwrap caramels and place in saucepan with whipping cream.
- Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Spread over filling layer, freezing again.
- For icing, repeat the first layer with milk chocolate, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter.
- Spread over caramel layer and then refrigerate one hour.
- Lift candy out of the pan using foil and cut into squares.

- Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil, extending the foil over edges of the pan. Lightly grease the foil; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan combine chocolate pieces and 1 cup of the butterscotch pieces. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted and combined. Transfer half of the mixture to a small saucepan; set aside.
- For the base, stir rice cereal into chocolate mixture in medium saucepan. Immediately pour the chocolate-cereal mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using the back of a spoon or a thin offset spatula, spread mixture evenly in pan; press down to firmly pack mixture. Place pan in the freezer while preparing nougat layer.
- For the nougat, in a medium saucepan combine sugar, butter, and 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the remaining 1/4 cup butterscotch pieces; stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in the marshmallow creme and 1/4 cup of the peanut butter. Stir in the 1 3/4 cups chopped peanuts. Pour nougat over chilled base layer in the baking pan. Spread evenly to edges. Return pan to freezer while preparing caramel layer.
