SLOW COOKER BEAN CHILLI
Slow cooker bean chilli is a delicious medley of beans and vegetables cooked slowly with chilli, tomato and herbs.

Steps:
- Put all of the prepared vegetables (onion, pepper, carrot and celery) and crushed garlic into the slow cooker and stir in the corn flour to coat the everything well.
- Pour in the tins of mixed beans, sweetcorn and chopped tomatoes. Dissolve the stock cubes in the hot water and then empty this into the slow cooker.
- Add the tomato paste, all herbs and spices (coriander, basil, thyme, chilli, paprikas, cumin) and the salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir through well.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours then serve with rice.

FOUR-BEAN CHILI
Steps:
- For the chili: In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the onions with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper until the onions are soft, about 3 minutes. Mix in the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil along with the tomato paste, chili powder, chipotle powder, coriander, cumin, cayenne and garlic. Cook to toast the spices and tomato paste, 1 to 2 minutes. Then add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, corn, black beans, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, Worcestershire and 1 tablespoon salt. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the chili with the toppings bar.
SLOW COOKER 3-BEAN CHILI
This is so easy and so tasty. Freezes great for meals later in the week. If you want it a little thinner add an extra can of tomato sauce. Also the green chiles are not hot but add a wonderful flavor, so don't be afraid of them.

- Cook and stir turkey in a large skillet until completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes; transfer to slow cooker.
- Stir tomatoes, tomato sauce, pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, onion, green chilies, chili powder, garlic, oregano, and cumin with the turkey in the slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 7 hours.

- 1. Cook hamburger on medium heat until done.
- 2. Chop onion. Saute in 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 3. Open all cans of beans. Drain.
- 4. Rinse Black Beans
- 5. Put beans, hamburger & onions in slow cooker. Add Tomato Sauce, tomatoes, water and seasoning. Stir.
- 6. Cook on low 4 - 6 hrs.
FOUR BEAN CHILI
This dish is pleasing to the eye and to the palate! You can easily adjust the spices to suit your taste, and add Tabasco or hot pepper sauce if you'd like more heat. I usually serve my chili over corn chips, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream. This recipe is always a bit hit at potlucks!

- Brown beef with onions, green peppers, garlic, and taco seasoning until meat is cooked through and onions are clear.
- Place cooked beef mixture in crockpot.
- Add all canned items, ending with the broth.
- Add the spices and mix through lightly.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- If not using a crockpot, place all in large Dutch oven, and simmer for at least 1 hour over low heat.
