3 Ingredient Spice Cake Mix Cookies Super Easy Food

CAKE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
• In a large bowl mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. Alternately you can do this step in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mixing ingredients on low until combined.
• Mix in desired add-ins until evenly incorporated.
• Using a medium (2- tablespoon) cookie scoop portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet 2- inches apart. Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
• Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Steps:

• 1. Mix together cake mix and oil. Then beat the eggs with a fork and add them to the mixture. Mix well.
• 2. Add the nuts and raisins if using them. They are delicious plain or with additional fruits and nuts.
• 3. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. I line mine with non-stick foil and spray with Pam. Parchment paper works well too.
• 4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!

PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat overn to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir in pecans. , Pour into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost cake or serve with whipped cream.
